A: To maintain flexibility and the ability for buyers to negotiate the price, I don't list pricing. Please contact me if you are interested in a painting. I will work with anyone to ensure a sale.

A: At Creations by Janet, we manufacture products to order based on your customized requests. Any image may be paired with any product. If the product is featured on our site it is available to order! If you do not find an image of your request paired with a particular product just shoot an email to Janet at: [email protected]. Within 24 hours your image will be available with your product. (Also, request a contact phone number if you need more discourse by email. Thanks!)
Q: How do you determine shipping costs?
A: The shipping costs are determined by your selected delivery speed, the total amount of your order, and your location. With acrylic canvases, I will quote the shipping and handling for a specific piece. There is free delivery in the Chicago area.
Q: What do I do if I'm not happy with my purchase?
A: We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Creations by Janet! If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, fill out our Contact Form and we will work with you to replace your product or offer a full refund.

Q: Will the colors be the same in the products as the images on the screen?
A: Some colors will slightly vary depending on the product and what device you are using to view the products. However, the colors are very vibrant and close in their shades.

A: We are becoming conditioned to support large corporations, thereby reducing the ability for average citizens to pursue their own endeavors in business. This will strengthen our economy and encourage free thinking individuals to flourish as well as promote freedom and innovation.
